Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I store my perfume?

Perfume should be stored in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. Avoid storing in damp environments such as bathrooms or your neighbor's swimming pool. Be sure to close the bottle after each use to avoid oxidization. Perfume is flammable. Please keep away from extreme heat. 

  • How long does your fragrance last?

Results may vary but you should expect at least 8 hours of lasting fragrance with one spray.

  • Do you have a brick and mortar location or is Happyland online only?

At this time Happyland is online only.

  • I want to review a Happyland fragrance. Where do I start?

First and foremost, thank you! Secondly, please send us a message in our "Contact" section regarding what you would like to do, platform, fragrance etc. and we will reach out with further information.

  • I want to try something new. How do I know what fragrance is right for me?

We recommend that you try out some samples before buying a full bottle, or if you know what elements you enjoy you can ask us directly and we are glad to assist!

  • Do you offer custom fragrances?

While we do not currently offer made-to-order blends, we may oblige our existing fragrances with added notes (eg; Green Irish Tobacco with added vanilla). Please send us a direct message by email to hsfragrances21@gmail.com if you are interested in a modified fragrance. Requests may be subject to owner approval and orders made with modifications in the notes section will be shipped "as is."

  • Is "Blue Fire" in stock or will it ever be back in stock?

Blue Fire is permanently discontinued due to a key component no longer being obtainable at the quality we require. We apologize for any "blues" this may cause.

  • Does Happyland currently offer overseas shipping?

We do not offer overseas shipping at this time.

  • I have a return or shipping related question.
